The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board's Chef Ambassador program connects some of the best chefs in the nation with Wisconsin Cheese. The Chef Ambassador program taps the culinary creativity of these talented chefs to develop exciting new menu applications. In addition to developing recipes, chef ambassadors also spend the year spreading the word about Wisconsin Cheese through a variety of activities in their restaurants, making media appearances and appearing at food events and conferences.
