An evening of two midwest favorites – beer & cheese! Sara Hill, culinary manager of the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, will join us to discuss wisconsin artisan cheeses. She'll demo the making of fresh cheese and present a pairing of cheese and beers from the midwest. Must be 21 & over. ($35.00 per person)
