Heat circulator or pot of water to 180°F. Place cheese, milk and cream in blender. Cover; blend 1 minute or until completely smooth. Add egg yolks, sugar and salt. Cover; blend 10 seconds or until smooth. Pour mixture into heatproof vacuum bag. Press all air out of bag; seal. Cook 20 minutes in water bath, maintaining 180°F temperature and moving bag around with heatproof spatula or scraper.

Refrigerate until chilled, at least 4 hours. Freeze in ice cream maker as directed by manufacturer.
