In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream using electric mixer. Mix until smooth. Add havarti, chives, dill and smoked salmon. Mix well. Add black pepper to taste. Serve with potato chips.

Dip is best served day it's made.


Recipe Tip:
Any brand of Wisconsin cream cheese or havarti cheese can be used.
