Blue Cheese Stuffed Buffalo Turkey Burger

Cooking Instructions

Place blue cheese in the center of one turkey patty. Top with remaining patty and crimp edges closed for stuffed burger.

Brush burger with light coating of Buffalo sauce. Grill or griddle over medium heat, turning and basting with additional Buffalo sauce, until cooked through.

Meanwhile, spread celery leaf salsa on each side of toasted bun. Add burger to bottom bun and top with pickled carrot slices, lettuce and top bun.


For celery leaf salsa verde:

Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor; pulse to semi-fine consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Add bread crumbs; with food processor running, slowly drizzle enough olive oil to form slightly chunky paste. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with olive oil for refrigerated storage.
