Heat oven to 325°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine maple syrup and balsamic vinegar in small mixing bowl. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Spread mixture onto parchment-lined tray and bake 15 minutes, until pecans are bubbling and browned.

Sprinkle sea salt over warm pecans. Cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

Serve as an accompaniment to Wisconsin cheddar, blue, gouda or parmesan cheeses.
