Heat oven to 375°F. Drizzle olive oil over bottom of flat 1-quart baking dish. Break feta into 1-2 inch chunks. Place half the feta in dish. Top with half the fire-roasted tomatoes, grape tomatoes, olives and capers. Layer remaining feta over and top with remaining ingredients.

Bake 35-45 minutes, until tomatoes and olives begin to wrinkle. Serve immediately with baguette slices.
