Heat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in small skillet and sauté bread crumbs until toasted; place crumbs on paper towel and reserve. In a shallow 1-quart casserole or gratin dish, combine beans, sun-dried tomatoes, tomatoes, parsley and 1/2 cup parmesan. Top with bread crumbs and remaining parmesan. Bake 30 minutes or until golden.


*Wisconsin ssiago may be substituted.
