Place 2 cups fruit and honey in a food processor; cover and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add yogurt and extracts; pulse until fruit is the desired consistency for dipping. Spoon into a large bowl. Fold in mascarpone. Serve with assorted fruit.


Recipe Tips:
  • Any brand of Wisconsin mascarpone can be used.
  • Enjoy this dip year-round! Select your favorite seasonal fruits such as sliced berries, peaches and cubed melon in the summer; and for a winter variation, try this dip prepared with oranges, grapes and apples. 
  • Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
