Spicy Pulled Pork Press with Cheese

Spread mustard over both cut sides of bread. Spread pickle relish on bottom half. Shingle a layer of Monterey jack slices over the relish, followed by a layer of sliced ham. Pile pulled pork on top of ham; layer with slices of provolone and top with onions. Carefully close sandwich.

Lightly brush top and bottom of bread with melted butter and place sandwich in heated flat top sandwich press or plancha with weighted cover. Press until cheese is melted and meats are heated through. Slice in half diagonally to serve.


*To make Mojo Mustard: Combine 10 parts yellow or deli mustard, 3 parts orange juice concentrate, 1 part fresh lime juice, one part chopped cilantro. Add ground cumin, garlic powder, black pepper and hot sauce to taste.
