In medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, red curry paste and basil until well blended. Add chicken, onion, apple and almonds; season with salt and pepper; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Split croissants. Place lettuce, chicken salad and havarti on the bottom half of croissant. Place second half on top.


*For a flavor twist, substitute dill havarti.
