Brush Worcestershire sauce over both sides of each steak. Rub one side with garlic and pepper. Grease grill grate. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F (medium-rare). Sprinkle with thyme and gorgonzola. Grill, covered, 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is golden brown. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
