Heat oven to 450°F.

Place pizza crust on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle with provolone and mozzarella. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and edges are lighly browned. Remove from the oven.

Top with spinach, feta, black olives, red onion and sun-dried tomatoes. Lightly drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired.


Recipe Tips:
  • Any brand of Wisconsin aged provolone, mozzarella and flavored or plain feta cheeses can be used.
  • To use cooked onion, layer it over the sauce before sprinkling on the cheeses.
