Heat oven to 350°F.

Brush mushrooms with oil. Place on a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, place the Italian-style gorgonzola, green onion and roasted red pepper in a food processor. Cover and process until blended.

Remove mushrooms from oven. When cool enough to handle, cut each mushroom into wedges. Serve with gorgonzola spread.
