Heat oven to 375°F. In large sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until soft and translucent, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic; sauté until mushrooms are soft, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Set mixture aside to cool slightly.

In medium bowl combine eggs, cream, muenster and cooled mushroom mixture. Spoon enough mixture into prepared tart shells to fill 3/4 full. Bake 10-15 minutes; until puffed, golden and bubbly. Cool slightly in tins before unmolding. Serve warm.
