Cooking Instructions

For pies:

Bake pie shells; cool.

Mix first 8 ingredients. Add salmon and cheese to mixture. Pour the mixture into the cooked, cooled pie shells. Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or just until set and the crust is golden brown.


For topping:

Combine topping ingredients. Spread around the edge of pies. Bake an additional 5 minutes at 425°F. Let set 10 minutes.

Slice while hot and serve on heated plates.

Suggestions: If using canned salmon, be careful not to over bake. Serve with tomato slices. For extra-thick pies use deep dish pie shells; simply use more filling and fewer shells.
