Roasted Sausage and Grapes with Swiss Fondue Sauce

Heat oven to 450°F. Toss grapes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread on baking sheet or roasting pan. Place sausages in between grapes and roast 35 to 40 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes, or until sausages are cooked (internal temperature of 160°F),

While sausages and grapes cook, prepare fondue sauce. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in wine and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add milk, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and coats back of spoon. Reduce heat to low and add cheese. Continue stirring until cheese has completely melted. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with roasted sausages and grapes.
