Brûléed Lemon Mascarpone Dip

If you have a kitchen torch, you may use it to caramelize the sugar instead of placing under broiler.

In large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, sour cream, condensed milk and 3 tablespoons lemon curd. Spread into even layer in heatproof dish (or divide between smaller, heatproof dishes) and spread remaining lemon curd over top.

Before serving, remove dip from refrigerator and place on counter 30 minutes. Heat broiler and sprinkle top of dip with raw sugar. Place dip under broiler, keeping a watchful eye on it, until sugar melts and caramelizes Remove from oven and serve dip with cookies, such as vanilla wafers, gingersnaps or shortbread. Serve warm.
