In small pitcher, combine tomato juice, lime juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Mix well. Pour 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) mix into glass. Top with 4 ounces (1/2 cup) beer. Garnish with lime wedges and additional hot sauce, if desired. Mix ingredients together until combined.

Serve with sliced Wisconsin Monterey jack cheese, pickled vegetables and sliced Spanish chorizo.
