Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill both sides of pound cake slices for few minutes, until you get nice grill marks. Slather thick layer of ricotta on each piece of pound cake and create small divot in center. Sprinkle ricotta with tiny pinch of salt and fill divot with raspberry jam.
