Heat oven to 400°F. Heat olive oil in skillet, over medium heat. Add garlic and red chiles and sauté until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato paste and water and stir until well blended and warm. Add shrimp and cook until no longer translucent, stirring frequently.

Meanwhile, place flatbread on baking sheet. Cover with shrimp and sauce. Spread sauce near edge. Top with olives, feta and capers. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 10-12 minutes until hot and cheese begins to brown. Serve immediately.
