White Chocolate-Raspberry Mascarpone Fondue

Cooking Instructions

Mash raspberries with sugar in a large bowl. Press raspberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer, taking care to remove seeds. Set strained raspberry juice aside.

Add heavy cream to a double boiler or glass bowl fitted over 1 inch of simmering water in a large saucepan. (Do not allow bowl to touch water.) Warm cream. Gradually add white chocolate to cream, stirring constantly between each addition until melted. Add mascarpone; stir until smooth. Stir in reserved raspberry juice, hazelnut liqueur and vanilla extract.

Transfer raspberry sauce from the saucepan into a warm fondue pot. Keep warm. Serve with berries, marshmallows, pound cake cubes and graham cracker sticks.
