Heat oven to 450°F with pizza stone placed on a lower rack. Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, about ½ inch thick, on lightly floured parchment paper; set aside.

Beat cream cheese, shallots, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl (mixture will not be smooth).

Brush oil over crust. Spread cream cheese mixture to within 1 inch of the edge. Sprinkle with cheeses and jalapeño slices. Transfer pizza with parchment onto baking stone; bake for 18-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Remove pizza from oven; place on a cutting board. Cool slightly; cut into rectangles.

Serve with parmesan, pepper flakes and marinara sauce if desired.
