Heat oven to 425°F.

Place bread on a large baking pan, cut sides up. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool slightly.

Spread pesto on cut sides of bread. Top with mozzarella, parmesan and tomatoes. Bake for 10-15 minutes longer or until cheeses are melted.

Sprinkle with pepper and basil leaves. Slice and serve warm.

Any brand of fresh mozzarella or parmesan cheese can be used.
