Heat oven to 400°F. Place baguette slices on baking sheet(s). Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake 6-8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven. Cool slightly and rub with halved garlic. Set aside and maintain oven temperature.

Wash and dry grapes and remove any stems. Place on baking sheet with rosemary. Toss with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until grapes begin to pop and blister, about 25 minutes.

Place 1 slice white cheddar on each toasted baguette slice and top with roasted grapes and rosemary. Serve immediately.
