Mini Pizzas with Sage Pesto, Wisconsin Brie and Ham

Heat oven to 400°F.

In bowl of food processor, combine parsley, sage, garlic, parmesan and pinch of salt. With motor running, slowly add oil in thin stream, until mixture has a pesto consistency.

Heat skillet; sauté cubed ham, just until pieces are well seared.

Roll out 8 pizza crusts in about 4-inch circles. Top each with sage pesto, brie slices and ham. Bake about 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Garnish with additional parmesan and serve immediately.


If you can't find mini pizza crust dough, just use a 4-inch cookie cutter or drinking glass rim to make your own.
