Heat oven to 350°F.

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the naan on baking sheet and brush each piece lightly with olive oil.

In small bowl, stir together ricotta, garlic, kosher salt, pepper and chives. Spread ricotta mixture evenly onto the naan, leaving space around the edges for the crust. Top evenly with grated romano, followed by the mozzarella.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese has completely melted. Remove from oven and top with arugula, a light drizzle of balsamic and a sprinkle of coarse sea salt. Serve immediately.
