Heat oven to 400˚F.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain. Meanwhile, sauté chicken with cumin, paprika and cayenne in olive oil in large skillet until chicken is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer chicken to large bowl; set aside.

Sauté peppers and onion in butter in same skillet until tender. Reduce heat. Add green chilies and garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute. Combine pepper mixture with chicken. Fold in sour cream, pepper jack, cheddar and pasta.

Transfer to greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and pasta mixture is bubbly.
