Heat oven to 350°F.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk and salt. Bring to a boil; cook and whisk for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir 1 cup Pleasant Ridge Reserve until melted. Add pasta; heat through, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.

Combine bread crumbs, rosemary and the remaining Pleasant Ridge Reserve in a small bowl.

Spoon pasta mixture into six greased 1/2-cup ramekins; place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden and sauce is bubbly.
