Cooking Instructions

Stir sugar and water in large saucepan over high heat; bring to boil. Reduce heat; add clementine slices. Simmer for 1 hour, uncovered, turning occasionally. Transfer clementine slices to a wire rack. Cool 1 hour or overnight.

Serve blue cheese as a spread with cookies; top with candied clementine slices.
