Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Meanwhile, combine the milk, evaporated milk, sharp cheddar, cream cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl.

Drain pasta; transfer to a well-greased 4 or 5-quart slow cooker. Dot with butter. Stir in cheese mixture. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through, stirring once. Stir before serving.

  • Any brand of Wisconsin sharp cheddar or cream cheese can be used.
