Chicken Cordon Bleu Mac and Cheese

Heat oven to 375°F.

Cook pasta according to directions until al dente; drain.

Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and whisk for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir in 3/4 cup each cheddar, Grand Cru® and swiss until melted. Stir in the pasta, chicken and ham. Remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon pasta mixture into a greased 13 x 9-baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheeses. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. Uncover, bake 15-20 minutes longer or until meats are heated through and casserole is bubbly.


Recipe Tip:
  • Any brand of Wisconsin white cheddar, alpine-style or swiss cheese can be used.
  • Roth Grand Cru® Reserve and Roth Grand Cru® Surchoix could also be substituted for Roth Grand Cru® Original in this recipe.
