Arrange cheeses on a serving board. Fill in board with Queso Beer Cheese Dip, guava jam, chorizo, mango, Quicos®, pepitas and tortilla chips.


Recipe Tip:
  • Any brand of Wisconsin queso quesadilla, queso oaxaca or queso fresco cheese can be used.
  • We used our Queso Beer Cheese Dip recipe in the photo.

Añejo enchilada cheese originated in Mexico, where it was used for making antojitos (appetizers) and enchiladas. Añejos made in Wisconsin are full-flavored, firm cheese often rolled in bright paprika or chili powder coating. Try it both as an ingredient and a snack.
