Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly butter 2-quart casserole dish and set aside.

Dice bacon into 1/2-inch pieces and fry in medium sauté pan, over medium-high heat, until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel-lined plate.

In large bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, bacon, mayonnaise, tomato, garlic and ranch dressing powder. Mix well. Scrape mixture into prepared dish and smooth top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
