Spicy, Crunchy, Cheesy Chocolate-Drizzled Apricots

Note: You can assemble and refrigerate apricots several hours ahead. Bring them to room temperature before serving.

Cooking Instructions

Place apricots on serving platter. Using small spreader, spread 1/2 teaspoon blue cheese on each apricot. Sprinkle a little cayenne over cheese (It’s okay if some of cayenne gets on serving platter. It looks pretty). Place walnut half on top of cheese.

To melt chocolate, place in small microwave-safe ceramic or glass bowl and cook on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until soft and spreadable.

Dip tip of small spoon into chocolate; drizzle over cheese- and nut-topped apricots. Serve immediately or, let sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.
