In sauté pan, heat canola oil. Dust crabmeat with cornmeal; sauté in oil until crisp. Add poblano and jalapeño chiles, corn, Worcestershire sauce and salt; cook until softened. Spoon hash over salmon and top with alpine-style cheese; broil until cheese melts.
