Heat oven to 350°F. In bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside.

In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg and melted butter. Stir dry mixture into wet mixture and mix just to combine. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Combine all streusel ingredients in bowl. Spread half of batter into 9x5x4-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle half of cheddar streusel over top and spread remaining batter over streusel. Cover top with remaining streusel and bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Cool on rack 15 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
