Heat oven to 450°F with pizza stone placed on a lower rack.

To prepare Quick Pizza Sauce: Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Sauté garlic in oil for 1 minute. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Set aside 1-cup sauce; save remaining ½ cup for another use or freeze it for up to 6 months.

Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, about ½ inch thick, on lightly floured parchment paper. Spread 1 cup pizza sauce on crust to within 1 inch of the edge. Top with red bell pepper, broccoli, corn, cheeses and pepperoni.

Transfer pizza with parchment onto baking stone; bake for 22-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Remove pizza from oven; place on a cutting board. Cool slightly before cutting.

Serve with parmesan and pepper flakes if desired.
