For one sandwich:

Place cheese in a single layer on a slice of bread. Spread jam on cheese, top with capicola, smoked turkey and another layer of cheese. Cover cheese with the other slice of bread. Lightly butter each side of the sandwich and place on a panini press heated to medium. Press until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Delicious! Repeat with all sandwiches.
