Cooking Instructions

For sauce:

In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add flour to make roux and cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Slowly whisk in milk, increase heat to medium-high and bring mixture to simmer. Add mustard and simmer until sauce thickens, whisking occasionally. Add cheese in batches, whisking until each batch has completely melted before adding more. Season with salt and pepper, Worcestershire and hot sauce if desired.


For pizza:

Heat oven to 425°F. Place crust on pizza pan or paddle. Spread cheddar sauce evenly over crust, leaving 1/2-inch edge. Sprinkle tomatoes, bacon and cheddar evenly over sauce. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with lettuce and parsley; serve immediately.
