Cooking Instructions

For cheddar cheese sauce:

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and whisk for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low; gradually stir in cheddar until melted. Remove from the heat. Stir in salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Set aside a 1/2 cup cheese sauce. Save remaining sauce for different recipe. 


For pizza:

Heat oven to 450°F.

Place crust on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Spread with 1/2 cup cheddar sauce. Top with tomatoes, bacon and cheddar. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with lettuce and parsley if desired.
