In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; whisk in flour. Reduce heat to low; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Stir in wine. Bring to a boil; simmer 1 minute. Stir in cheese and salt with wire whisk. Whisk in milk gradually until desired consistency. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately in fondue pot or double boiler to keep mixture warm and melted.

Serve fondue with any of the following: crusty bread cubes, apple slices, fresh strawberries, grapes, bell pepper strips, roasted vegetables (mushrooms, potato wedges, broccolini or cauliflower), cherry tomatoes, pitted green olives, seared steak bites, crisp bacon slices, poached shrimp, sliced prosciutto or salami.
