Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine carrots, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeño, soy sauce, rice vinegar and lime juice. Mix well; set aside.

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, basil, green onion and hot sauce. Mix well; set aside.

Warm baguette in oven about 5 minutes or until crust is crisp. Split lengthwise. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over both sides of baguette halves. Arrange chicken over bottom half of baguette; top with cheese triangles and carrot mixture. Close sandwich.
