6 slices French bread, toasted2 tablespoons prepared reduced-calorie Italian dressing1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Wisconsin part-skim mozzarella cheese1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley2 teaspoons minced fresh basil1 tablespoon grated Wisconsin romano cheese
Place bread slices on a broiler rack. Brush top side of each bread slice lightly with salad dressing. Sprinkle mozzarella, parsley and basil evenly over bread slices. Top with grated romano. Broil 6 inches from heat until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
