1 pound medium shrimp, cooked and deveined1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled Wisconsin feta cheese1 cup (7 1/2 ounces) cream-style cottage cheese8 green onions, thinly sliced2 tomatoes, cored and coarsely chopped1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed1 teaspoons pepper8 ounces spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
Combine shrimp, feta and cottage cheese, onions, tomatoes, oregano and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Add pasta and toss. Serve immediately.Note: For a flavorful variation, substitute peppercorn flavored feta.
