Chocolate French Toast Wedges

Servings: 4


3 eggs
1 cup chocolate milk
5 cups day-old bread cubes
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups strawberry slices
1 carton (6 to 8 ounces) vanilla yogurt

Cooking Directions:

Beat eggs in large bowl; whisk in milk. Add bread and chocolate chips; toss together lightly just until bread is coated. Let stand 5 minutes; pour into well-buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.

Meanwhile, toss together strawberries and yogurt. Serve strawberries over French toast wedges.
