Wisconsin Gorgonzola Spread

Servings: 16


2 cups (16 ounces) Wisconsin mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup (4 ounces) creamy Wisconsin Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Sliced apples and pears, for serving

Cooking Directions:

In a small bowl, combine the cheeses and basil; mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Before serving, cover the spread with the chopped walnuts; arrange the apple and pear slices around the bowl.
