For Salad:12 ounces uncooked rotini4 ounces smoked turkey, cut into strips1 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips8 ounces Wisconsin baby Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes7 ounces Wisconsin gouda cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubesFor Dressing: 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1 clove garlic, minced1/2 cup oil1/4 cup parsley
