1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
1 can (16 ounces) pitted dark sweet cherries
1 package (3 ounces) cherry-flavored gelatin
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
Drain fruits, reserving liquid. Add enough water to juices to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Heat liquid to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in liquid. Chill mixture until partially set. Stir in pineapple, cherries and marshmallows. Fold in sour cream. Pour into lightly-oiled 4 cup mold. Chill until set. Un-mold gelatin. Garnish salad top with whipped cream and salad base with salad greens.
