Turkey Sandwich Au Gratin

Ingredients:

6 slices black bread
6 tablespoons no-fat Thousand Island Dressing
3/4 cup sauerkraut, rinsed well and drained
12 ounces slice smoked turkey (low sodium)
6 ounces sliced, low-fat Wisconsin swiss cheese

Cooking Directions:

Top each slice of black bread with 1 tablespoon dressing, 2 tablespoons sauerkraut, 2 ounces sliced turkey (3 slices) and 1 ounce sliced swiss. Broil sandwich 2 to 3 minutes until golden or microwave for 30 seconds. Serve hot with carrot sticks, cucumber slices and celery sticks.
