5 eggs1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Monterey jack cheese1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese1 cup cream-style small curd cottage cheese, well-drained2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles, drained1/4 cup flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix until well-blended. Pour into 10 inch quiche dish. Microwave on medium high, uncovered, 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.
