Ingredients:
5 eggs 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar cheese 1 cup cream-style small curd Cottage Cheese, well-drained 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles, drained 1/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix until well-blended. Pour into 10 inch quiche dish. Microwave on medium high, uncovered, 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.
